For pottery lovers, it's that  time of year again - time to make plans to attend one of the finest pottery events in the nation. The annual Pottery Lovers Reuniol} begins in Zanesville, Ohio on Monday, July 11. Many dealers will begin arriving the weekend before, to set up displays in their rooms at the HolidayInn (the host hotel), the Red Roof Inn, and at the Sunset Inn. Hundreds of rooms will be filled with pottery for sale and dealers willing to share both their knowledge and love of pottery with those who attend.
The Annual Pottery Lovers Show and Sale will be held on Friday, July 15 and Saturday, July 16 at the Pritchard Laughlin Civic Center in Cambridge, Ohio. Early buyers will be admitted at 10 a.m. Friday, and general admission is from noon to 6 p.m. On Saturday, the show hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The show is the concluding event of the weeklong Pottery Lovers Convention.
Over 60 of the most prestigious Art Pottery dealers in the country will be displaying a tremendous variety of quality merchandise. The pottery selections will include Roseville, Weller, Owens, Rookwood, McCoy, Newcomb and many more.  Much of the pottery for sale will be of museum quality and unrivaled in scale and diversity. This show has  become an "institution" among pottery collectors, and is much anticipated from year to year.
For many collectors, and decorators, this is the one time of the year when they can find that unique pot that has eluded them. For others it's just sheer amazement to see the extensive panorama of pottery dating from the late 1800's to the mid 1900's. Both the beginner and the  accomplished collector can be assured that they will see many interesting items - as every style, period, price, and level of collecting will be seen. The extraordinary breadth and beauty of pottery will be evident in all of the booths throughout the show. Show goers will find this show fun, and exciting, as they make many happy bagladen trips to their car - only to return for more.
Also, for pottery lovers who have a piece that they cannot identify, there will be an identification and valuation booth set up on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Any attendee may bring in two items of American art pottery to be appraised.
